Joining a waitlist

If the time you want is taken — or a provider is fully booked — you can join the waitlist and get notified when something opens up.

How it works

1. On a provider’s booking page (or a full Slot), choose to join the waitlist and leave your contact info.
2. When a matching Slot opens — someone cancels, or the provider adds a new opening — you get an alert.
3. Follow the link to claim it. As always, the first person to claim wins, so act quickly.

Leaving the waitlist

Every waitlist alert includes a link to stop the alerts. Tap it and you’re off the list for that service. Changed your mind later? Just join again from the booking page.
