Your account & data
Export your clients
On the Clients page, click Export CSV. You get a spreadsheet file of every client, which opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, with these columns:
First, Last, Email, Phone, Tags, Visits, Total spent, Last visit.
Notes, photos, and intake answers aren’t included in the file. They stay on each client’s page in Slot’d.
Light and dark mode
The dashboard follows your device’s light or dark setting by default. To choose for yourself, click the theme button at the top of the screen. Each click moves through auto (matches your device), light, and dark. Your choice is remembered on that device.
Pause your booking page (deactivate)
Taking time off, or closing for the season? Deactivating hides your booking page without losing anything.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Under Deactivate account, click Deactivate.
What happens:
- Your booking page is unpublished, so clients can’t book through it, and you drop out of Slot’d search.
- Your clients, appointments, services, and settings are all kept.
- Appointments already booked stay booked. Cancel any you won’t keep from your calendar so clients are told and refunded.
- Your subscription keeps running. To stop paying, manage your plan under Settings → Payments → Manage billing.
To come back, click Reactivate in the same place, then turn Booking page is published (visible to clients) back on in Settings → Booking and save.
Delete your account
Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone. It removes your profile, booking page, services, Slots, clients (with their notes and photos), appointments, intake forms, waitlist, and uploaded images, then removes your login.
What deleting does for you
Before anything is removed, Slot’d:
- Cancels your Slot’d subscription, straight away. You aren’t billed again.
- Cancels your upcoming appointments. Each client is told their booking is cancelled, by email or text in line with your notification settings.
- Refunds every deposit paid on an upcoming appointment, in full, whatever the service’s refund policy. You’re the one cancelling, so the client gets their money back.
If the subscription can’t be cancelled or a refund fails, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
Before you delete
- Export your clients (above) if you want to keep a copy. Once your account is deleted, Slot’d can’t recover it.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there. Slot’d can only cancel subscriptions you started on the web.
Deleting your Slot’d account doesn’t close your Stripe account.
Deleting
- Go to Settings → Account.
