What does Slot’d cost?
A 14-day free trial (no card), then Solo at $19/month. Team and Agency plans are coming soon for multi-staff businesses.
Does Slot’d take a cut of my bookings?
On Solo, no — Slot’d takes 0% of your booking payments, so you keep 100% of your payouts. Standard Stripe processing fees still apply, like any card payment.
How do I get paid?
Connect Stripe in Settings. Clients pay when they book, and payouts go to your bank. See Getting paid.
Do reminders go out by text?
Yes — email and SMS reminders are both live. SMS is opt-in: turn it on in Settings, and it sends to clients who provide a mobile number and agree to texts.
Can Slot’d sync with my calendar?
Yes — two-way sync with Google Calendar, and a subscribe-able feed for Apple Calendar or any iCal app. See Managing bookings.
Can I add staff or a team?
Not yet — multi-staff is on the way (the Team/Agency plans). For now Slot’d is built for solo pros.
For clients
Do I need an account to book?
No. You book right from the provider’s page or Slot link.
Is my payment secure?
Payments run through Stripe; Slot’d never stores your full card number.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the manage link in your confirmation email. See Manage your booking.
What’s the Slot Pass I got after booking?
It’s your verifiable proof of booking — a page with a unique code and QR. Open it from the “View your Slot Pass” link on your confirmation. See Your Slot Pass.
What does “first to claim wins” mean?
A shared Slot is a single opening — whoever completes booking first gets it. If it’s already taken, you can often join the waitlist.
