Your booking page & intake forms

Your public booking page lives at slotd.app/book/your-handle. It’s where clients see your services, pick a time or claim a Slot, and pay.

Booking-page settings

In Settings → Booking page you can set:

Your business name, logo, and handle.
A short description of what you offer.
Social & portfolio links shown on the page.

Intake forms

Intake forms collect the details you need before an appointment. Your vertical gives you a sensible default set, and you can go further:

Keep multiple named intake forms (for example a “Detailing” form and a “Massage” form), each with its own fields.
Assign a specific form to each service, so the right questions appear for the right booking.
Build a new form starting from any vertical’s field set — you’re not limited to your own vertical.

When a client books, Slot’d shows the form assigned to that service (falling back to your default form). Durable answers are saved to the client’s record; per-visit answers are saved to the appointment.
