Your Slot Pass
When you book with a Slot’d provider — whether you claimed a Slot or picked a time — you get a Slot Pass. It’s your proof of booking: a page of its own with a unique code and QR, so it can be verified as genuine.
Where to find it
Right after you book, the confirmation screen shows a link like “View your Slot Pass · SLOT-XXXX-XXXX”. Open it to see your pass at its own web address (slotd.app/pass/…). Keep that link — it’s how you get back to your pass. Anyone you share it with can view the pass, so treat it like your ticket.
What’s on your pass
- The provider’s name and the service you booked.
- Your status — Active, Redeemed, Revoked, Expired, or Cancelled.
- A unique code (like
SLOT-7QK4-2M9P) and a matching QR code that encodes it. - Your name, the location (if the provider set one), and how long the pass is valid.
The code and QR make your pass verifiable — they prove it was really issued for your booking.
Changing or cancelling
The pass page is just for viewing. To reschedule or cancel, use the manage link in your confirmation email instead — see Manage your booking. If your provider revokes a booking, your pass status updates to reflect it, and any refund follows their refund policy.
